Your 90 days, at a glance

  1. Scope your Backbone plan Weeks 1 to 4

Build your personal 90-day Backbone plan, with clear weekly priorities to keep you on track. Sharpen your LinkedIn and resume, and choose your target roles.

  2. Build the plan Weeks 5 to 9

A project scoped to your biggest gap, plus scoping practice, take-home reviews, and mock presentations.

  3. Ship the plan Weeks 10 to 13

Your pipeline, recruiter intros, offer negotiation, and a plan for your first 90 days in the role.

How we work together

  • Three private 1:1s

Your 60 to 90-minute Backbone session in week 1 or 2, then a private mock and offer coaching when you need them in a real interview or offer process. Fill out your FDE Backbone Worksheet before we map your written 90-day plan.

  • My review of every draft

Submit by Monday at 9am. Get recorded markup Tuesday on your LinkedIn, resume, project work, take-homes, or offer letters.

  • Real practice, every Thursday

A 90-minute group call for strategy, project check-ins, and live mocks. You get one live group mock and one private mock when you're in a real loop.

  • Recruiter intros

Introductions through my network, plus offer and compensation negotiation coaching.

  • Support between sessions

DM windows on Tuesday and Friday, plus Applied AI Engineers community access while you're in the program.

A commitment to your next move
